METROHOLDING's operating operations are mainly conducted through real estate operations (renting and selling of own real estate), while financial operations are conducted through the management of other companies based on invested capital, such as PARTNER BANKA d.d. Zagreb and FENOMEN PLITVICE d.o.o. Plitvice Lakes.
