Dear Sir / Madam, I am opening a branch office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Zagreb in the first quarter of 2019. Our agency is a government body aimed at promoting and supporting business partnerships and cooperation between Polish and foreign companies. We are opening around 70 locations worldwide and since 2016 we have already established nearly 60 of them. Zagreb office is part of our international expansion and I will have the pleasure to manage this Office. We would be interested in renting an office space of about 150-200 sqm, either already arranged or available for our own arrangement. We would also require to have at least 2-3 car park spaces included. The location we would prefer is within the Zagreb business cluster (skycrapers) or within Old Town (some historic building would be a nice option too).
