We need a very small office, but not coworking, but private, preferably in a quiet environment. We are a small but reputable film and TV production company, we specialize in documentaries, we do a lot of work for HTV, and the company has been operating successfully since 1992, and we are currently in a phase of expansion that we cannot fully predict yet, but in any case, we will be until the summer or in the autumn of next year, in short supply for one assembly (we do not have enough space in the current office). It is, therefore, a room of 10-15 m2 that we would rent at least until 30.6.25. and more likely by the end of next year. We need a larger desk to accommodate the iMac, an additional monitor and speakers, and we need some storage closets, as we also lack storage space for binders and audio and video recording equipment in our current office. It is, therefore, a workplace for one person (editor), along with the editor, sometimes the director and producer would come to the same room for short meetings, i.e. reviewing and commenting on the work, so in these situations we will need a total of two to three office chairs. Of course, if an office chair comes with the desk, it is no problem for us to bring one or two more office chairs permanently.
