Many of the façades of the well-known residential buildings in the center of Zagreb will soon be reconstructed. One of the first areas where we can see significant results is the British Square with the beginning of Nazorova Street, where six buildings will be renovated. The City of Zagreb moves through the moon and a half with the first wave of refurbishment of the facades according to the list, where high points were given the appearance of the most destroyed building, which is often and potentially dangerous for passers-by. The first wave will cover 50 buildings, followed by another 30.
On the list of priorities for co-financing the reconstruction of facades according to the Public Invitation for co-financing the reconstruction of facades of multifamily buildings, more than 3,700 applications were received, of which only from the area of the city district of Donji grad 1070 applications.
We will provide an exclusive list of buildings to be renewed on this model, the 80th addresses that will be renewed first, and are mostly located in the center of Zagreb.
