Sales of old apartments in the center of Zagreb have almost died down, but all new construction is on the rise, although it is not cheap - the price per square meter is from two to more than 5 thousand euros. Apartments in Split are even more expensive - “we even have 6 to 7 thousand euros per square meter. The limit has long passed the limit of reasonable prices, but while there are buyers, the prices do not fall ", says Meri Vulić, a real estate agent from Split. In Lika, prices have risen under the influence of the corona and there is no vacant land or houses. In Slavonia, on the contrary - houses are sold for 10 to 50 thousand euros, there is a lack of quality new construction, and there are no people because they have moved out.
