Below I send our wishes and needs so that it would be easier for you to filter and offer spaces: An ideal space of 250 - 350m2 would be with: - a balcony/terrace - a separate toilet from other companies (if it is an office building) - min. 5 parking spaces + the possibility of expansion if necessary - lots of light and the possibility of modifications according to our wishes. The boundaries within which the ideal office space should be are: Selska, the Sava river and Heinzlova. The lower and upper town are not an option due to the dilapidation of the buildings and problems with parking, although if there is a well-preserved / renovated building or a new building in the center with secured parking, you can send an offer.
