The School of Foreign Languages ​​organizes and conducts foreign language courses of high quality and in accordance with the highest and most modern world and European standards of learning and teaching foreign languages. Our foreign language school consists of a professional team with many years of experience in the preparation, organization and implementation of foreign language courses for adults and the business sector. The school is looking for a new office space that meets the specifications outlined below. The desired location is the city center and that the space is located within the business center or that the building is newer. Also, it is necessary that the space is renovated, unfurnished or the owner is ready to adapt. The optimal usable area we need is between 350 and 400 m2. At least 20 rooms, and the rooms can be arranged as classrooms and offices with separate entrances, electricity and internet connections, daylight source, good sound insulation which is crucial due to the nature of the activity, as well as self-regulating cooling and heating system. Also, we would like the utilities to be multi-storey and the payment to be made according to our own consumption. It is important to us that the building is accessible by car, that parking is provided for the client and that the building is located near a public garage or public parking.
