The Intellecta foreign language school organizes and conducts high-quality foreign language courses in accordance with the highest and most modern international and European standards for learning and teaching foreign languages. Our foreign language school consists of a professional team with many years of experience in the preparation, organization and implementation of foreign language courses for adults and the business sector. The school is looking for a new office space that meets the specifications stated in the email below. · The desired location is the narrower city center and that the space is located within the business center or that the building is of recent construction. Also, it is necessary that the space is adapted, unfurnished or the owner is ready for adaptation. · The optimal usable area we need is between 400 and 500 m2. · At least 20 rooms, and that the rooms can be arranged as classrooms and offices that have a separate entrance, electricity and internet connections, a source of daylight, good sound insulation, which is crucial due to the nature of the activity, as well as a self-regulating cooling and heating system. · Also, we would like the overheads to be shared and the payment to be made according to own consumption. · It is important to us that the building can be accessed by car, that there is parking for the customer and that the building is located near a public garage or public parking lot.
