The projection is 30-40 jobs. If the space does not have the appropriate infrastructure, it is acceptable for us to have raised floors or something similar to install it ourselves. We prefer an open space with a smaller number of closed offices and something suitable for a conference room. We also need a certain number of parking spaces.
