An office is needed for a company dealing with the supply and distribution of professional cosmetic devices and cosmetics. Our needs are as follows: - a space of 250-400 m2 - our budget is up to €3,500 - the location is unimportant, but it must be in Zagreb and should not be too much in the outskirts of the city (not Sesvete, etc. very remote parts) - the space should be on the ground floor. It can also be multi-storey, but then we must have direct access to the warehouse for vans, since we receive several pallets of goods a week - we divide the space into a warehouse, office and show-room, but the warehouse does not have to be a typical warehouse (only access for pallets and package delivery) since it has to be tempered due to cosmetics, so a classic larger room is also considered - a house is also considered, if it is of newer and more modern construction. On the Internet, we have noticed a larger number of houses that are included in our budget, but they are mostly rented as private, not business premises. If someone were to agree to rent their house as a business space, that would be ideal - we anticipate moving in in the period of March 1. – 15.3.2024. years
