Dear Sirs, We are asking for an informative offer of office space. There may be a need for additional space due to the increase in the scope of work and thus the number of employees. As we cannot give information on the exact number of people and when exactly the space would be needed (there are currently only estimates), please offer a valued offer of approximately 500-600 square meters in which it would be possible to accommodate about 30-40 employees, which means that the most important thing for us are offices with windows where the room could accommodate about 4 people (the possibility of partitioning and arranging rooms as needed, perhaps a smaller meeting room). It is important for us that the space is as close as possible to the current one. Include all possible costs in the offer (price per square meter, operating costs, parking, etc.). The lease would be taken for about a year (certainly a whole year) according to the closest estimate, perhaps in the fall of this year. We note that we are a public body that is financed from the state budget, so we must take care of the acceptability of the lease price, given the instructions of the Ministry of Finance.
